commission process

1. 20% of the full price must be paid as a down payment.2. After the initial fee is paid, I will give the client a sketch.
This is the stage where the client is allowed to ask for major revisions or modifications.Up to THREE revisions are allowed.3. If the client deems the sketch as satisfactory, they must pay 50% of the full price.
I will then begin to work on the complete artwork.4. I will send updates on the progress of the artwork upon request. Small changes and tweak requests are allowed, however any major modifications will cost an extra fee.5. Once I have finished the artwork, I will send a low quality version with a watermark to the client for final approval. After agreeing, the client must pay the last 30% of the full price.6. Once I have received all the payment, the final artwork will be e-mailed to the client as a high resolution PNG.

terms of service

♡ payment is through paypal only unless otherwise discussed♡ refunds are not allowed for any reason. you may cancel your commission, however i will take 25-50% of the full payment depending on how much of the artwork is completed.♡ I can choose to reject a commission if the requested artwork is outside of my ability♡ please provide a proper reference for your character (descriptions are not allowed unless you give me some sort of image to work with)♡ Proper credit must be given to me (@erimelodii on instagram) when the artwork is used for anything♡ The time taken for me to complete a commission may vary from less than 1 week to up to 2 months, however I do try to complete them as quickly as possible♡ My commission prices may change without further notice (if you ordered from me before the price change, your commission will retain its original price)

COMMISSION USAGE♡ My commissions are for personal use only. If you wish to commission me for commercial use, the price will be doubled (2x)♡ I have all rights to use the commissioned artwork and post it on my social media profiles unless discussed beforehand♡ You are NOT ALLOWED to use my art for AI, NFTS and crypto
